From her Brooklyn apartment, she launched her two-bite sweets business with nothing but a blog, a PayPal account, and a bunch of no bake recipes. Cristina’s business has since expanded to cater to parties and events around New York City. From toddlers’ birthday parties to fancy fashion events to wedding dessert tables, Cristina’s no bakems make a cute a delicious statement wherever they are.

By day, Cristina is a publicist at a major publishing house where she works with cookbooks, lifestyle, and contemporary fiction titles. She lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with her husband, Jeremy. Contrary to popular belief, their apartment does, in fact, have a working oven.
