“Paying attention is one of the kindest things we can do—for ourselves, for others.”
—Sharon Salzberg

Make more of every day by embracing a feeling of gratitude. From Grateful Living, an organization that promotes the transformative practice of gratefulness, here is a year of inspiration, wisdom, and guidance for living a grateful life through daily inspirations, questions for reflection, and thoughtful quotes. Plus Gratitude Practices to help you cultivate a positive outlook: When you first wake up in the morning, notice three things you can be grateful for—even before getting out of bed.
