Whether your passion is crafting something beautiful, starting up a DIY project in your home, teaching your little ones about nature and science, looking for birds and caring for the environment, growing your own food and raising your own homestead, or simply picking up a good book and falling into the lines of a poem, we have just the recommendation.
Being a Storey ambassador means not only do you get an exclusive first look at all our new books and products (think foodie oracle decks and crafty kits), but it is also an opportunity to reach new audiences, connect with other influencers in this space, and grow your network!

If you are accepted to the program, you will be notified via email and added to our ambassador newsletter list. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year and reviewed often.

How will my content be used?
We are excited about the potential to cross-promote your posts and reviews, but we will only use and/or repost your content in the context of how it was initially intended. By agreeing to the Storey Publishing Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions, you agree to grant us permission and license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute for our own promotional, advertising, or business uses (please see “LICENSE GRANT” section of Storey Publishing Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions).
Is this program paid?
We are unfortunately not able to compensate for posts or reviews, however each book you receive is free at no cost to you.
What counts as a post/review?
A post or review must make your connection to us clear, prominent, permanent, and immediately viewable, i.e by including #StoreyAmbassador in the caption. In order to stay in good standing, we ask that you try to share most or all of the books you receive, whether that be a NetGalley review, a static Instagram post, a TikTok video, a Facebook post, or otherwise. Your post must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties (please see “YOUR CONTENT” section of Storey Publishing Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions).
What can I expect to receive as a Storey ambassador?
Storey ambassadors will receive regular curated packages based on the promotional campaigns and discretion of Storey. Special requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but cannot be guaranteed.
Do I need to re-enroll each season?
No, you do not need to enroll in each season! You will remain a Storey Ambassador from the time you are notified that you have been chosen to be a Storey Ambassador until the Expiration Date (as defined in the Storey Publishing Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions) as long as you are in compliance with the Storey Publishing Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions and are in good standing as a Storey Ambassador (as determined in our sole, good faith discretion). When your contract has expired, we may mutually agree to renew your contract, in which case you will be notified.
Can I opt out of the program?
You can opt out of the program at any time! In order to opt out you must notify us at storey_publicity@hbgusa.com, we will confirm receipt and remove you from the program.
