Jack Fairweather

Jack Fairweather is currently a fellow at Harvard’s Center for Middle Eastern Studies and the founding editor of Solutions magazine. The author of A War of Choice, he is a British war correspondent who spent ten years reporting from the Middle East for the Daily Telegraph and the Washington Post. Fairweather won the British Press Award (the UK equivalent of the Pulitzer Prize) for his reporting on the Iraq invasion, and served as the Baghdad bureau chief for three years. He is a regular contributor to Harper’s Magazine, Mother Jones, The Atlantic Monthly, and The Daily Telegraph Magazine. As of March 2014, he is serving as Middle East editor and correspondent for Bloomberg News.
