THE SYDNEY SOUR FROM AUSTRALIA

• 1 1/2 ounces gin

• 3/4 ounce Cointreau

• 2 ounces fresh mandarin juice

• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

• 2 ounces club soda

• 1 ounce shiraz wine, to float

• Lemon twist, for garnish

 

Shake ingredients except soda and wine with ice. Strain into a highball

glass filled with ice, add soda, and top with shiraz. Garnish with

a lemon twist.
