Among the leading figures in the rapidly growing field of psychedelics, Paul F. Austin has guided millions to safe and meaningful psychedelic experiences through his work as the founder of Third Wave. Paul has spoken at SXSW organized events, the recently launched but already massively popular Eudemonia Summit, and at the Next Web Conference (where the video of his “Psychedelics for Leadership Development” talk has since garnered nearly 500K views).
The purpose of Paul’s work is to empower leaders, creatives, and pioneers to leverage psychedelics for profound personal and professional growth. Some of his current companies and projects include: Third Wave, which nurtures the emerging psychedelic ecosystem by providing individuals with research-based education, access to vetted providers, and membership in Third Wave’s global community; The Psychedelic Coaching Institute (PCI), an organization dedicated to training the next generation of impactful coaches to work with psychedelics in a transformative capacity; Microdosing Collective, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and legalizing microdosing psychedelics for optimal human wellness; and Private Coaching, through which Paul offers 1:1 training to visionary leaders.
