She has delivered multiple keynotes and workshops on gender, leadership, and systems change. Her writing has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Fortune, BehavioralScientist, TechCrunch, and peer-reviewed academic journals. She holds a Ph.D. in sociology from UCLA.
