About the Author
Jassy Davis is a cook, cocktail maker, food stylist, and recipe writer who loves creating fun, shareable dishes and drinks that make eating and entertaining at home joyful. She has written 12 books, including her debut Gin Made Me Do It, and spent over a decade as lead recipe developer at Abel & Cole. Based in Brighton, England, she enjoys hiking the South Downs, lifting increasingly heavy weights, and exploring the city’s ever-changing café scene.
Erin Niimi Longhurst is the author of Japonisme, Omoiyari, and The Joy of Wintering. Erin is a member of the Guild of Food Writers, and she writes about Japanese cuisine, drink, and culture for the likes of Time Out London, the Wine, Spirit Education Trust, the Four Seasons group, and more. Erin is also the London Matcha Editor for the Best Coffee App.
