About the Author

After anxiety made him drop out of his Philosophy PhD, Henry James Garrett stumbled into the peculiar political cartooning career that’s been his occupation for the last decade. Alongside his prolific output for Instagram @henryjgarrett, Henry is a screenwriter, the author of This Book Will Make You Kinder (a Barnes & Noble Best Book of 2020), and wherever possible works pro bono on the causes he believes in. Living in a British seaside town with the love of his life, his primary concerns are the simple joys of a good life, which for him are clearly inseparable from embodying that goodness in action.
