George Motz is a chef, author, award-winning filmmaker, and photographer. He’s also been called the “foremost authority on hamburgers” by The New York Times. He is the author of Hamburger America and The Great American Burger Book, as well as the owner of his dream restaurant, Hamburger America, located in New York City. His favorite burgers are the ones that are simple and have been on a menu for one hundred years. And no ketchup!
