Charlotte Keene

About the Author

Charlotte Keene is the daughter of a longtime church organist and the granddaughter of a choir director. She grew up in Christian churches throughout the Midwestern United States and now writes and edits books in Brooklyn, New York. 

Ahya Kim is the illustrator of Calm Thoughts for Anxious Kids, written by beloved Christian author Max Lucado, and Your Family Is God’s Plan. She was born in London to a British Korean family and studied Religion & Theology in college. Her work is inspired by whimsy, her Christian faith, the wonders of nature, and her love of happy endings in books. When not drawing, you can find her either cozying up with a book and her dog Milk or thrifting for more books.
