Bess Winter Kosinec

About the Author

Bess Winter Kosinec is a Canadian-American writer, originally from Toronto and currently based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she is the Web and Media editor for  The Cincinnati Review. Her work has received a Pushcart Prize and has appeared in The Kenyon Review, American Short Fiction, and elsewhere. Her collection of short fiction Machines of Another Era was published by Gold Wake Press in 2021. She has received fellowships from the Corporation of Yaddo and the Sewanee Writers’ Conference, as well as the Canada Council for the Arts and Stockholm Writers’ Festival. She teaches creative writing at Story Studio Chicago.
