In Memoriam: Laurey Masterton

Laurey Masterton was the an avid beekeeper, a creative chef, and the author of The Fresh Honey Cookbook.

We mourn the loss of author Laurey Masterton, who generously shared her passion for seasonal eating and her wonder for the life of the honey bee in The Fresh Honey Cookbook, as well as at her Asheville, North Carolina restaurant, Laurey’s Catering and Comfort Cafe.
