Cover Launch: THAT TIME I GOT DRUNK AND WAS BITTEN BY A SNAKE MAN by Kimberly Lemming

Take your first look at the cover for The That I Got Drunk and Was Bitten by a Snake Man (US), the next installment in the Mead Mishaps series by Kimberly Lemming, coming June 2027!

When a fated mate comes for his pirate queen it seems like happily ever after, except her kisses can kill him. So what else is a queen to do but sail far far away? Unfortunately for her, her fated mate can swim.

Ever since her betrothed placed a curse on her heart, Usha has been on the run. The rules of the road are simple. Never stay in one place too long, always have a go-bag, and never get too attached. When her ship is attacked by the true demon of the high seas, Ivo the Mad, Usha realizes a hard truth: she’s broken all rules and the reaper had come to collect his due. Now she must leave her crew behind and return to life on the run before it’s too late. Only this time, someone else is after her as well, and he’s not too keen on her leaving his side, ever.

In the harsh lands of Volsog, Ambrose built a name for himself as of the best treasure guardian a fae lord could ask for. Taciturn and lethally reserved, no thief left his master’s hoard alive. Now, Ambrose has sworn his services to protect a new treasure. If only she’d stop running away.
