Bestsellers: HBG has 16 titles on the New York Times list dated May 20, including three at #1—The 17thSuspect by James Patterson & Maxine Paetro (LB) debuts in the top slot on both the Print Hardcover Fiction and Combined P&E Fiction lists. Dear Madam President by Jennifer Palmieri (GCP) holds onto the #1 position on the Business Bestsellers (Monthly) list.

Trailer to watch: Check out the powerful new trailer for the movie adaptation of Kevin Powers’ The Yellow Birds (LB). The movie stars Jennifer Aniston, Toni Collette, and Alden Ehrenreich, and hits theaters June 15. The film will get an exclusive four-week DirecTV window starting May 17 before hitting theaters and on-demand June 15. Deadline broke the news of the new trailer.

Anthony Awards: HBG has three nominations for the 2018 Anthony Awards—Michael Connelly’s The Late Show (LB) and Bluebird, Bluebird by Attica Locke (Mulholland) in the Best Novel category, and Connelly’s Two Kinds of Truth (Harry Bosch #20, LB) is a nominee for the Bill Crider Award for Best Novel in a Series. The winners will be announced at Bouchercon in September.
