Bestseller news: HBG has 14 titles on the New York Times Bestseller list dated January 21. HBG’s distribution clients have eight titles on the list this week. PNBA winner: The winners of the 2018 Pacific Northwest Book Awards were announced this week, and Little, Brown had a winner: Sherman Alexie’s You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me: A Memoir. The awards are sponsored by the Pacific Northwest Booksellers Association and chosen by a volunteer committee of independent booksellers from more than 400 nominated titles published in 2017.
Philip K. Dick Awards: Orbit has two nominees for the Philip K Dick Awards, which honor works of science fiction first published in paperback—Revenger by Alistair Reynolds and Six Wakes by Mur Lafferty. The award will be presented March 30.
