Bestseller news: HBG has 15 titles on the New York Times Bestseller list dated January 28, 2018. HBG’s distribution clients have eight titles on the list this week. HBG also has 10 titles on the USA Today bestseller list, see the full list here.

NAACP Image Award: Vashti Harrison’s Little Leaders: Bold Women in Black History (LBYR) won the NAACP Image Award in the “Outstanding Literary Work-Children’s” category. The news was picked up in Deadline, Variety, CBS News, Billboard, the Washington Post, the Hollywood Reporter, and the Associated Press. RT Awards: GCP and Forever have a total of nine books nominated for the 2017 RT Awards, across seven categories—Most of All You by Mia Sheridan, Beautiful Liar by Zara Cox, At His Mercy by Shelly Bell, The Forbidden by Jodi Ellen Malpas, Duke of Desire by Elizabeth Hoyt, Too Scot to Handle by Grace Burrowes, The Highland Duke by Amy Jarecki, Seeing Red by Sandra Brown, and Twisted Truths by Rebecca Zanetti. Edgar Awards: The Edgar Awards announced their 2018 nominees, and their list includes The Dime by Kathleen Kent (Mulholland Books) and Bluebird, Bluebird by Attica Locke (Mulholland Books) in the Best Novel category. The winners will be announced on April 26.
