Sir Bertram Coghill Alan Windle (1858-1929) was dean of the medical faculty and professor of anatomy at Mason College in Birmingham in England. He attended Trinity College in Dublin and taught at the University of Toronto. His works include Facts and Theories and Science and Morals and Other Essays.
