Vivian Lee is a Senior Editor at Little, Brown, where she acquires literary fiction and narrative nonfiction. She is excited to read books that ask big questions (or complicate those questions) and authors who write in the intersections of race, gender, class, sexuality, and ability. She is passionate about narratives that challenge our way of thinking both in the world and on the page. 
Her list includes New York Times bestselling authors as well as finalists and winners of the Kirkus Prize, PEN/Faulkner, Stonewall Book Award, American Academy of Arts and Letters, Southern Book Prize, the American Society of Magazine Editors (ASME) Award, the American Society of Journalists and Authors (ASJA) Book Award, the Whiting Nonfiction, and more. 
Previously, she was an editor at Little A and worked as a journalist in print magazine and newspapers. Her writing can be found at the Los Angeles Times, ELLE, Poets & Writers, Eater, and more. For her editorial work, she was named a Publishers Weekly Rising Star Honoree in 2018 and a Kundiman Honoree in 2023.
