Kini Allen, Senior Digital Advertising Mananger

Kini Allen is the Assistant Director Digital Advertising at Little, Brown and Company, where she has been part of the team since 2021. She oversees the strategy and execution of all programmatic advertising and has proudly supported every title during her time here. She enjoys researching the perfect online audience for each title. 

Kini got her start in digital advertising while working at a local newspaper in Maryland. While there she hosted a romance novel podcast that connected her with numerous publishing professionals and opened the door to her shift to working in publishing. She is currently a member of the DEI Advisory Board at Hachette Book Group and a member of the Changing the Story Board at Hachette Book Group and strongly believes in the Changing the Story Pillar.  

Outside of work, Kini loves to craft and is currently enamored with sewing. She is a member of the One Book, One Broomfield selection committee through her local library system. She loves visiting bookstores and sneakily placing Little, Brown books in high visibility places. Kini lives in the Denver Metro area with her wife and their cats.
