Lisa (she/her) joined LBYR in 2014 following stints at Dutton and Disney-Hyperion. At LBYR, she has acquired and edited many YA books with a broad adult readership, including multiple #1 bestsellers from Jennifer Lynn Barnes (the Inheritance Games Saga) and Jason Reynolds and Ibram X. Kendi (Stamped: Racism, Antiracism, and You), and bestselling and award-winning titles from Monica Hesse, Ibtihaj Muhammad, James Patterson, and Tamara Ireland Stone, among others.

Alice (she/her) joined LBYR in late 2024 to support the launch of Requited following roles with Entangled Publishing and Harper Teen. In those positions, she edited titles including Onyx Storm, the third book in the mega-bestselling Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros, the #1 New York Times bestselling Realm Breaker trilogy by Victoria Aveyard, and the New York Times bestselling The Rose Bargain by Sasha Peyton Smith.

Her acquisitions include Requited’s first publication, Dire Bound by Sable Sorensen (Book 1 in The Wolves of Ruin trilogy), the #1 New York Times bestselling Immortal Dark by Tigest Girma, and award-winning As Long As The Lemon Trees Grow by Zoulfa Katouh.
