Little, Brown Ink, founded in 2022, is LBYR’s graphic novel line, publishing contemporary, commercial middle grade, fun graphic novel chapter books, and compelling YA narratives. Our focus is on authenticity—authentic stories, authentic representation—regardless of age level, whether fiction of nonfiction. We publish visual stories that readers will relate to, learn from, and return to again and again.

Little, Brown Ink is the home of many notable graphic novels, including the classic adaptations Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy and Anne of West Philly; the bestselling middle-grade title Just Pretend by Tori Sharp; and popular YA romance The Princess and the Grilled Cheese Sandwich by Deya Muniz. We also publish Drew Brockington’s CatStronauts series, and the Curlfriends series from Sharee Miller.
