All of the material published by Workman Publishing is protected under copyright law. Written permission from Workman Publishing is required if you wish to reproduce this material. Please see the Copyrights and Permissions Inquiries section of our FAQ for further information.

Some of the material provided on our site is available for reproduction or distribution in an online or print environment, if certain conditions detailed under each are met. We welcome you to submit your photos for consideration in certain Page-A-Day calendars or websites. However, by submitting any photo to us, you represent and warrant that (i) your submission is your original work; (ii) you are the sole creator and owner of the submission and any related materials; (iii) the submission does not and will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or any law; (iv) the submission is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim; and (v) the submission is not defamatory, libelous, pornographic, or obscene. You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to use any submissions for any use throughout the world, in perpetuity, for any purpose, in any media, now or hereafter developed. You further acknowledge and agree that we have the right to edit, modify, alter, and copy any submission in our sole discretion. We have no obligation to use any submission. If we choose to post your submission, in our sole discretion, we also have the right to post your name and/or state of residence. The posting of a submission is not an indication that you are a winner in any of our contests. We have no obligation to notify you if we decide to post your submission in any of our calendars or websites.
