Having trouble with our form?
The most common error we receive is an incorrect ISBN entry, so please be sure you are entering a valid 13-digit (with no dashes) Hachette Book Group (US) ISBN for a print (hardcover or paperback) book that has already published. Our form does not accept digital ISBNs, audiobooks, or pre-orders. When you enter the ISBN, you should see a drop-down menu with the title. You must select this for the information to auto-populate into the form.
- Errors in your entry will be outlined by a red box. Please correct all errors in order to submit.
- If you continue to have issues submitting our form, please send us a screenshot of the error you are experiencing.
- If you are following up on a submitted order, please include your EDC order number in your email. Note that it may take up to 14 business days for books to arrive.
- If you require further assistance or have any other questions about requesting copies, please visit our troubleshooting page or contact academic@hbgusa.com.
