When Arthur learns that he has to come up with a Town Project for school, he decides to go home and think of a plan. But the Brain asks Arthur if he can help him with his project. Then Buster, Binky, and Francine all ask for Arthur's help, too. By Friday--when Arthur is supposed to turn in his project--he still hasn't thought of an idea for it. But with a little help from his friends, Arthur finds that he finishes the assignment right on time!
