Arthur thought that babysitting D.W. and Kate was difficult, but when Mrs. Tibble gets him to babysit her grandsons, "the terrible Tibble twins," he's sure he's met his match. Buster advises him that he can back out, but Arthur knows that he's given Mrs. Tibble his word. Despite D.W. calling him periodically to give him advice, Arthur discovers the twins are just as "terrible" as he'd feared. It isn't until Arthur challenges them to listen to a spooky story that the tables turn and he ends up back in charge.
