Author Bio
Mike Shropshire, a well-respected sportswriter who has written for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Dallas Morning News, Playboy, and Sports Illustrated, among other publications. He is the author of the baseball cult classic, Seasons in Hell (Dutton, 1996), a first-person account of his experiences as a beat reporter covering the hapless 1972 Texas Rangers.
