Author Bio
Emma Rathbone was born in Pretoria, South Africa. At the age of six, her family moved to Plano, Texas, and eventually to Fairfax, Virginia. She received her MFA in creative writing from the University of Virginia in 2006. She lives in Charlottesville, and is beginning work on a second novel.
