Cori Doerrfeld has been a teacher and a nanny, and is now a full-time illustrator. She has illustrated two picture books with Brooke Shields (Welcome to the World, Baby and It's the Best Day Ever, Dad!), two board books with Elise Broach (Seashore Baby and Snowflake Baby), and is the author and artist of Penny Love Pink. She lives in Minneapolis, MN with her comic artist husband and daughter.
